Where Do I Stand?

_________

  •  Representation will include everyone. The concept of being on the team is key. I want you on the team. #Team53.
  • Women should be empowered to make reproductive health decisions that are appropriate for themselves.
  • Religious beliefs are personal and should not be imposed on others.
  • Persons with disabilities deserve a fair wage equal to their non-disabled peers.
  • As a registered gun owner and the victim of gun violence, I support safe and responsible gun ownership.
  • Small business is the life blood of every community. I will focus on processes to enhance and support these pillars of our communities.
  • Our law enforcement agencies require enhanced resources and better community partnerships. Everyone deserves to feel safe.
  • Climate and our environment are changing. We must act for future generations.
  • Love is love. Respect the choices people make.
  • Values of integrity, honesty, respect, civility and teamwork define this movement.
  • To stay globally competitive reinvestment in education is essential. We need to trust and support our educators.
  • Supporting farms is critical for our local economy, future farmers and national security.  This encompasses our rural communities who need defined solutions to improve their environments.
  • Fiscal responsibility defines me as a banker. The balance of spending, against expenses and expectations will always be considered.
  • Economic expansion is a key element that has to be balanced with the desires of the residents. How we want to proceed and compromises will define such actions.
  • First responders need better resources to attract and retain key personnel to respond to the growing emergencies within our communities.
  • The housing crisis requires a collection of stakeholders to craft viable solutions. How we assist seniors who wish to stay in their homes. Develop concepts to help new affordable home ownership.
  • Voting is an essential right and should be easy for everyone. I support processes like early voting which will be on the ballot.
